🔥 Neighbourhood Safer Place
North Star Sporting Club is a designated Neighbourhood Safer Place — a place of last resort during a bush fire emergency, recognised by the NSW Rural Fire Service.
A Neighbourhood Safer Place is to be used only when all other options in your Bush Fire Survival Plan cannot be carried out safely. It does not guarantee your safety. Your safest option is always to leave early.
Be aware of conditions when travelling here — there may be heat, smoke and embers. Water, toilets, food and emergency personnel may not be available, and the location is not intended for pets or livestock.
📶 Free Community Wi-Fi
Free public Wi-Fi is available at the Club, provided over the nbn® Sky Muster® network and funded by the Australian Government through the Strengthening Telecommunications Against Natural Disasters (STAND) program.
